Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a charge equal to 100% of the booked appointment. We allow a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals; following the grace period, we may not be able to accommodate the appointment, and the client remains liable for the time held for the service(s) booked. Birthday parties, wedding parties and special events are required to place a deposit for services at the time of booking and must be canceled at least one week prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid losing the deposit.
It is at the salon's discretion to provide or deny any service. All services are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied, please contact the salon within 10 days for a correction appointment. Prices are subject to change and may vary according to technician.
For the safety of your children and the salon, we strongly suggest that children be supervised at all times.
We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service to Anyone at Anytime
In order to maintain a high standard of service and provide a safe work environment for its employees, contractors, clients and their families, Arborvitae Salon & Spa LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any clients. Service may be denied to any client who acts inappropriately by disrupting the normal provision of services, or if a client’s behavior or environment threatens the safety of Arborvitae's employees, contractors, or clients and their families.
Inappropriate behavior includes, but is not limited to the following:
Demands outside the scope of usual services
Threatening or erratic behavior
Misrepresentation for the need for service
Inappropriate physical contact
Personally threatening, offensive or profane language
Any Arborvitae employee or contractor can exercise the right to refuse service when confronted by a client acting inappropriately or when facing an unsafe situation, they will notify their supervisor of the situation immediately.
